Re-aligning with
Perimenopause

Because working harder isn’t working anymore.
Start understanding your body’s changing rhythm — and how to
support it with clarity, compassion, and a cycle-aware approach.

You’re Not Imagining it. Things have Changed.

You’re still doing the work. Still showing up.

But focus is harder. Emotions feel heavier. Your body, unpredictable.
And what used to help — powering through, scheduling tighter, trying harder — just doesn’t anymore.

This is the quiet disruption of perimenopause.

It shows up long before your period stops — in meetings you can’t quite follow, in sudden irritation, in evenings that feel like burnout no matter how little you did.

Most women aren’t told how deeply this shift can affect their work, relationships, and sense of self.
And even fewer are shown what to do about it.

Navigating Perimenopause with Rhythm, not Resistance

Cycle-alignment workshop for productivity

When your body starts signaling change — unpredictable energy, emotional dips, or mental fog — it’s a sign that your internal rhythm is shifting.

Perimenopause doesn’t follow the neat, four-phase cycle that once felt familiar.

But just because your cycle is changing doesn’t mean your body has stopped moving in rhythm.

You still experience waves of energy, clarity, depletion, and creativity.

There are still quieter days, fiery days, days of renewal.

The rhythm may no longer follow a calendar — but it’s still there, asking to be noticed.

This is where a cycle-aware approach can evolve with you.

It’s not about perfect tracking or pushing through — it’s about noticing what your body is asking for: focus, rest, connection, or space.

With this approach, you can:

  • Notice patterns in how you feel and function — even with irregular cycles
  • Adjust your workload and expectations based on your current rhythm
  • Bring more clarity to your emotional landscape
  • Redefine productivity, self-trust, and success on your own terms

You don’t have to go back to how things were.

You can move forward — differently, but more aligned.

Start Where You Are, with What Feels True

There’s no perfect way to navigate perimenopause. Only your way — one that makes space for your body’s wisdom and your life’s demands.

So whether you’re feeling confused, burnt out, or quietly curious — you’re welcome here.

Choose your next step because your Brave New Rhythm is not about perfection — it’s about returning to yourself, gently.

Take the Cycle Re-alignment Survey

Perimenopause looks different for everyone.

This survey is designed for women between 38–52 who are wondering:
  • Why does my energy swing so wildly?
  • Why can’t I focus like before?
  • Why do small things feel so emotionally intense?
  • Is this stress, burnout… or something else?

It’s a chance to pause and notice — so you can make sense of what’s showing up in your body, mind, and life. It will help you reflect on your menstrual health and how it influences your mood, energy and work. As well as give you a perimenopause likelihood score - based on your symptoms, mood changes and impact on work/life.

Along with your perimenopause likelihood score, you have the option to receive free perimenopause awareness resources worth ₹1500.

This is not a medical tool or diagnostic process. For health concerns, always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

What Our Attendees Say

I had the wonderful opportunity of attending A-WOW's first workshop, and it gave me so much clarity! I went in with my own understanding of the menstrual cycle women experience every month, but with Suma and Simran's insights, I was able to leave with a clear view on how to plan not only my work but even my life around the 4 major phases. More importantly, the session left me feeling more in-tune with my body, in a positive, hopeful and confident way.

– Akshara Sajit, Marketing Consultant

As a result of this workshop, I’ve started to realize that my many shifting moods are not a sign that I’m “going crazy,” but rather deeply connected to my womanhood and menstrual cycle. This workshop offered a completely new perspective: you don’t have to force your body to meet every demand placed on you by work, family, or society. It’s not a weakness—or a sin—to step back and listen to your body’s signals. We were guided through the four key phases of the menstrual cycle and received advice on how to align our work with the emotional and physical rhythms of each phase. It helped me understand that it's okay not to perform at 100% all the time. Sometimes, the timing just isn’t right—and if we give ourselves a few more days, certain tasks can feel much easier and more natural. Unfortunately, our fast-paced lives often pressure us into constantly performing and multitasking. But in order to slow down, to be still, and truly understand what our bodies need, we must first be willing to listen. As the workshop reminded us: “You need to heal yourself before you can take care of others.” That’s something I’m still learning. Thank you, Ladies, for outlining new possibilities—I believe the next step is up to me. You’ve given me a valuable tool, and I just need a little time to apply it. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to take part in this workshop, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone interested in this topic.

– Bányai Kinga

The workshop was much needed! It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking you know your body the best and are on top of your menstrual cycle. But it's very rare to actually listen to our bodies. This workshop helped me understand the complete menstrual cycle and why my emotions and energies vary so much over the month. It also helped me find a structure to planning my work based on where I am in my cycle, with a template that is clear and easy to use.
Thanks Suma and Simran for this initiative and for helping women make sense of their bodies and align work for us instead of the other way around!

– Ankita Sajit, Freelance Content Marketer

Thanks so much for the amazing webinar on the female rhythmic cycle! I learned a lot and really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. It was both eye-opening and super helpful. I have learnt how to work for my body and not against it. Grateful for your time and energy!

– Dr. Shriya, Radiologist

Thank you and Suma for hosting an amazing and insightful session. I got to know more about my body, the way it functions, the way I can perform better through the phases of cycle. The best part was other women sharing their vulnerabilities and their experiences which made it feel a safe space ❤️ Thanks again.. it was wholesome..

– Swathi Suppala, Implementation Specialist

The workshop was lovely and exactly what I wanted for the time being. It was creatively designed - the slides, activites, sharing of individual views. As someone who gained this knowledge, I would now happily share it with friends who have less idea about it. I wish all the success for the work and hope it reaches many many women who continue to benefit from the aligned way.

– Bhagya Lakshmi, Researcher

The workshop completely reframed how I think about productivity. Learning to align my workflow with the phases of my menstrual cycle helped me recognize when to reflect, when to create, and when to take action — all without guilt. The practical tools shared, like cycle mapping and mindful scheduling, gave me a structure I can actually integrate into my daily life. What made it even more special was being in a community of thoughtful, supportive women — it felt empowering to learn and grow alongside others who are also redefining how they show up in work and life.

FAQs

I’m still getting my periods. Can I still be in perimenopause?
Yes. Perimenopause often begins years before your periods stop. You may notice mood swings, fatigue, memory lapses, disrupted sleep, or irregular cycles — all signs of hormonal shifts. This offering is designed for women in that in-between phase, whether your periods are regular, irregular, or slowly fading.
I’m not sure what “cycle-aware” means. Do I need to track everything?
Not at all. Cycle-awareness is less about tracking perfectly, and more about noticing your body’s changing rhythm — emotionally, mentally, and physically. Even with irregular or disappearing cycles, you can still work with your body’s cues rather than against them.
Will this approach help me manage my symptoms?
This isn’t a medical or hormonal treatment. It’s a body-based framework to help you understand your symptoms, reduce inner conflict, and adjust how you work and live. Many women find relief in being able to make sense of their experience and make better-aligned choices.
I’m in perimenopause — does cycle alignment still apply if my periods are irregular or disappearing?
Yes — though it may look different now. During perimenopause, the classic menstrual cycle becomes less predictable, and the infradian rhythm (which guided your four-phase cycle) begins to fade. But your body still moves in rhythms — just not always hormonal ones. You might notice energy waves, emotional shifts, or mental clarity that still arrive in patterns, even if your periods don’t. Our approach to cycle alignment during perimenopause helps you tune into those new rhythms — so you can adapt your work, rest, and self-care around your body’s evolving needs. It’s less about syncing to a fixed cycle and more about realigning to what’s true now.
I’m not a working woman. Will the cycle-realignment still benefit me?
Yes — aligning with your changing cycles is for every woman experiencing perimenopause, whether you’re managing a home, caring for others, studying, creating, or simply exploring a gentler way of living. Your cycle influences your energy, emotions, and motivation across all areas of life — not just work. The offerings in this program will help you understand and respond to those shifts with more awareness and compassion, so you can create rhythms that support your reality.
I don’t have a lot of time. Where should I start?
You can begin gently. Start with the cycle re-alignment survey and download the Second Spring Starter kit — both are quick and low-effort. If you’d like to go deeper, the Cycle Awareness Primer resources are short, practical, and available to access anytime.
Do I need to attend the live September masterclass?
The masterclass will be live only once in September — but it will be later available as part of our upcoming bundle. You can choose to join us live or wait for the updated links later.
I’m postmenopausal. Is this still relevant for me?
Yes, especially if you still feel out of sync with your body or are adjusting to a new way of being. While the main focus is on the perimenopausal transition, the principles of body-alignment, emotional clarity, and rhythm still apply beyond your cycle.
Is there a refund policy?
Sorry, we don’t offer refunds. However, if you’re facing any issues, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to support you.
How do I access the materials after purchase?
Once you purchase the respective resources, you’ll receive access via email. It’s simple and easy to follow.
Are these resources only for people in India?
Not at all! While we currently accept payments only via UPI — which works in India and a few other countries (like Singapore, Bhutan, Nepal, UAE, and Mauritius) — the content is globally relevant and accessible. If you're based elsewhere or facing payment issues, just write to us at awow@lightenleadership.com. We'll be happy to help you find a way to access the resources.
