I don’t have a regular cycle / I’m on birth control / I’m peri- or postmenopausal. Is this still for me?
Yes. While the program is built around the menstrual cycle, the principles of cyclical living — listening to your body, honouring your energy shifts, and finding your natural rhythm — are relevant to all. Cycle-aligned work isn’t about tracking perfectly — it’s about noticing patterns. Even with irregular or missing periods, you’ll likely see emotional, mental, or energetic shifts across the month. We help you build awareness of those cues and work with what’s showing up in your body. You'll find valuable tools and practices that support body awareness, emotional regulation, and intentional living.
If you are someone going through perimenopause, you may want to check out the resources from the ‘Re-align with Perimenopause’ program for customized offerings during your perimenopausal phase. Even after menopause, women can benefit from cyclical awareness and energy management.
I have PCOS/PCOD or an irregular cycle. Can this help me?

Will this make me seem ‘less committed’ at work?

Is this a medical program?
