Transforming Workplaces
The Sustainable Way!
Where productivity is built on alignment, not burnout.

Work today demands constant output — from organizations, teams, and individuals alike. Long hours, ongoing pressure, and the expectation to always be “on” have become normal, even as focus drops, energy fluctuates, and burnout rises.
The challenge isn’t a lack of talent, effort, or ambition. It’s that work has been designed without considering how people actually function under pressure — day to day, week to week.
Aligned Way of Work (A-WOW) offers a different way forward.
We help organizations redesign how work is structured and paced, support teams in understanding collective capacity, and enable individuals to work in alignment with their energy and rhythms — creating performance that is effective, human, and sustainable.
Our Way of Work Programs
We translate our approach into structured, practical programs for workplaces and for women who want to work in alignment with their bodies and rhythms.

What Our Attendees Say
The workshop offered a much-needed perspective on understanding our own energy, stress, and capacity, and how to work with these rather than against them in everyday work scenarios. It opened up healthy conversations around stress, workload, and mutual support within teams. Suma engaged participants exceptionally well and equipped them with practical, usable tools to support their capacity and performance. We believe such professional programs can play an important role in building healthier, more effective workplaces.

I had the wonderful opportunity of attending A-WOW's first workshop, and it gave me so much clarity! I went in with my own understanding of the menstrual cycle women experience every month, but with Suma and Simran's insights, I was able to leave with a clear view on how to plan not only my work but even my life around the 4 major phases. More importantly, the session left me feeling more in-tune with my body, in a positive, hopeful and confident way.
Thanks so much for the amazing webinar on the female rhythmic cycle! I learned a lot and really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. It was both eye-opening and super helpful. I have learnt how to work for my body and not against it. Grateful for your time and energy!
On a particularly stressful day, I paused to do one of the check-ins from the workshop. It gave me a clear sense of my own capacity in that moment and helped me choose tasks that felt more doable instead of pushing blindly through the pressure. Aligning work with the body can seem unrealistic in today’s pace of work, but this session offered a broader, more practical perspective on how performance and well-being can coexist. Grateful to Suma for leading such a thoughtful and grounding workshop.

The workshop was much needed! It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking you know your body the best and are on top of your menstrual cycle. But it's very rare to actually listen to our bodies. This workshop helped me understand the complete menstrual cycle and why my emotions and energies vary so much over the month. It also helped me find a structure to planning my work based on where I am in my cycle, with a template that is clear and easy to use.
Thanks Suma and Simran for this initiative and for helping women make sense of their bodies and align work for us instead of the other way around!
One of the most valuable takeaways from the workshop was learning how to plan doing demanding tasks around natural peaks in focus and energy, instead of treating every hour the same. The approach was immediately actionable, and made us question why we hadn’t been working this way all along. The toolkit provided offers a simple, structured way to think about our days and meetings with greater awareness of capacity.

Our Story
A-WOW was born from a deeply personal realization: most women spend decades working in systems that were never designed with their bodies in mind.
Our co-founder, Suma, worked for over 28 years without ever being taught how energy, focus, and capacity naturally fluctuate — or how deeply this impacts the way we work. Like many others, she was expected to show up the same way every day, regardless of what her body was signaling.
That realization sparked a larger question: What if work were designed to work with us, not against us?
Today, A-WOW exists to reimagine how work gets done — drawing from psychology, body-based learning, and rhythm-aware frameworks. Our work is rooted in understanding natural rhythms, including women’s cyclical experiences, while creating systems where both women and men can thrive.
We envision a future of work where both women and men thrive in environments that honor natural rhythms — where productivity arises from alignment rather than force, and where the body is recognized as a source of intelligence, not an obstacle.
Through this new way of working, we aim to create happier, healthier, and more purposeful workplaces — shaping a more human future of work.
